What Happens When We Let Teens Actually Read the Bible?

“Our students have heard a lot of words about the words of the Bible. When it comes to actually reading or hearing the words of Scripture themselves, they find it more interesting than the words about the words of Scripture that they have been hearing their whole lives,” Matt Laidlaw, Dean of Students, Calvin Christian High School.

Hear what happens when the sophomore New Testament class at Calvin Christian High School is immersed in the life-transforming Word of God—not simply being told about the Bible but reading the Bible without distractions.

  1. Wow! It’s so interesting and sounds exciting. Learning to read the Bible and than to understanding it is amazing. I know it’s going to be a big hit. Because look at the kids, they are already enjoying knowing about our Father, and Jesus Christ his son our Lord, and the spirit.
This is just amazing. I can see the kids really interesting, and who better than the young generation to learn and talk about it. Amen. Thanks!

  2. Good morning,

This is an interesting angle for teens, who have so much energy but really don’t channel it towards God.
I need this particular NLT, need to experence what its like so I can be able to tailor the teens in my Church to this direction with an experience accompanying.

God bless your labour of Love in pointing these teens to Jesus.
